Samsung Pay is currently available to US merchants using our Android v3 SDK or Android v2 SDK.


In order to accept payments via Samsung Pay in sandbox or production, you will need to enable it in the Control Panel. All eligible merchant accounts will be enabled once you once you do the following:

  1. Log into either your sandbox Control Panel or your production Control Panel
  2. Navigate to Settings > Processing > Samsung Pay
  3. If Samsung Pay is not yet enabled, click the toggle to enable it

You are not required to sign up with Samsung Pay directly, as configuration is handled internally by the Braintree SDK.
